‘Simitsoglou construction’ company has been active since 1996 in the construction sector. Its aim is the construction of high quality aesthetic and functional works, using modern and high quality materials, which significantly increase energy efficiency. In our 22 years of operation, we have been engaged in the design, study and construction of both residential and summer houses, shopping centers and the renovation of residences, shops and business premises.
Our presence in the sector is reflected in the large number of apartments, summer houses and shops in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki. It is calculated in more than 100 apartments, 50 summer houses, 50 shops, with a total surface area of more than 18,000 sq.m.

The construction of a seven-storey apartment building in the area of Kato Toumpa will begin on a self-owned plot of Simitsoglou Construction, at 16 Amfipoleos Street and Atlantis corner.
