The apartment is located in the area of Ag. Triada, Thessaloniki, very close to the Vasileos Georgiou Avenue and the city’s Waterfront. It is a quiet area with the main use of the residence, with easy access to the center and the universities.
It is on the 1st floor (high) of a typical building of 1966 and resulted from the division of a larger apartment into two as a result of the increased demand for small but functional living spaces. The total area of the apartment is 43 sq.m. and includes an open plan living and kitchen area, a bedroom with walk-in closet and a bathroom. The two balconies extend across the rear of the apartment. The color palette moves in soft tones in order to highlight the space optimally. The same happens with the floors, for which tiles in textures of marble and wood have been chosen in the same philosophy.
During the renovation, all the installations of the apartment, electrical, heating and plumbing, were replaced with new ones. The heating is autonomous with natural gas, the frames are synthetic with thermal break and double glazing. Finally, the apartment has an alarm system and is furnished.
