The apartment is located in a 6-floor block of flats in the center of Kalamaria, overlooking the sea. Its location is really privileged, being next to the east coastal front of the city and easily accessible from the airport. The orientation of the apartment combined with its interior layout ensures natural lighting in all rooms through the large openings and the balconies on both sides of the building.
The interior design of the apartment adopted a minimal approach, ensuring comfort, functionality and luxury at all spaces of the house. Hidden linear illumination, clear shapes and an earthy palette are some of the elements that indicate the subtle aesthetics of the architectural design.
As for the floor coverings, there were used tiles in marble texture and solid wood. The kitchen was designed in lacquer whereas the two bathroom furniture with corian.
The apartment is fully equipped with high quality materials and furniture that rely on high aesthetical standards. Security doors, aluminum frames and a closed camera circuitry consist an environment of absolute security.
