The apartment is located on the second floor of a 1960s apartment building, at a very quiet neighbourhood in Martiou Street area, just a few metres from the Martiou Street. The renovation was designed according to the needs of an urban home.
It has an area of 45 square metres and includes an unified living and kitchen area, along with a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The kitchen and living room were designed in an open plan, creating a single space with plenty of natural light throughout the day. The bedroom has space for a double-sized bed along with bed-side tables and a closet. Both the bedroom, as well as the living room have access to the balcony.
The entire apartment is covered with granite marble tiles and wooden constructions. In both the living room and the bedroom colours that reflect the modern and youthful spirit of the apartment were chosen.
In the bathroom, all the linings and the hygiene equipment have been replaced and a furniture was designed for the flood sink. The appartment’s renovation has upgraded the energy efficiency, replacing old windows with new, thermal-break windows along with energy glazing and new electrical and plumbing installations.
