The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an urban block of flats built in 1971, in the area of Analipsi, near Petrou Synika Street and in short distance from the water garden in the new Thessaloniki’s Waterfront. Although located in a very central part of the city, it is a very quiet neighborhood, as the entrance of the apartment is through a pedestrian – recessed area – on Vasilissis Olgas street.
The design of the layout was decided in order to satisfy a modern model of urban habitation. The apartment – with a total area of 85 sq.m. – consists of an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room, two bedrooms (one of which a masterbedroom), a spacious bathroom and a specially designed construction for a washer-dryer in the hall, to the right of the entrance. The bedrooms and the communal areas of the apartment are very spacious and airy as they face a large single balcony.
New electrical and plumbing installations were built in all areas, while in the bedrooms new storage areas were created, serving the needs of the apartment’s functionality.
