This is a front-facing, first floor apartment with plenty of natural light. It is in block of flats made in the 1960s, consisting of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a unified living and dining room and a bathroom.
During the renovation, the orientation of the bedrooms was changed, one of which was dismantled and the resulting room was joined with that of the bathroom. Wooden floors have been preserved and highlighted whereas the other surfaces were covered with ceramic tiles. Sufficient storage space and fixed office and library constructions were created in the apartment. In addition, new electrical and plumbing installations as well as a new individual heating system (natural gas) were constructed, while the window frames of the apartment were replaced by energy-efficient window frames with thermal break.
